The co pay and premium fairly high. The network is relatively broad and I never ran into a problem where my insurance was not accepted by a provider.

Coverage isn't terrible, but price is a little high for what it does cover. Surprising that a better deal couldn't be arranged with the health plan considering they're an Inovalon client.
