The retirement plan is great. They match higher than any other org I've come across.

IDA automatically contributes an amount equal to 11% of base salary into a 403(b).

12 percent match can't find that anywher else

It's not the best in the industry, but for those with a long period of investment, it's well regarded

11% percent match. Vanguard or TIAA option.

IDA contributes 11% of your salary to retirement and requires the employees to contribute at least 5% . The company is also very generous about professional development opportunities and about higher education reimbursements.
