Every month Intapp offers virtual mental health/wellness sessions led by health professionals. Session topics vary from Nutrition, Meditation, Yoga, and Parenting. 3 free coaching sessions are provided through the Modern Health App.
Each office location hosts virtual gatherings on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to catch up and connect.

Before the pandemic, we had onsite, week-long new hire orientation at our HQ which has been converted into a virtual experience.
During our comprehensive new-hire orientation, our CEO joins executives and product leaders to welcome new team members and educate them on a wide variety of business functions. We provide on-demand access to LinkedIn Learning, and encourage our team members to take advantage of continuous learning — both about our products and the industries we serve. Team members can also easily access small-scale, self-directed modules via a dedicated learning platform, i.learn.
