Dubmit leave at a computer, if you do not know how to someone will happily help you. PTO is generally approved unless a particular event happens where the company is behind on its orders, or has a massive order from one of it's many customers world wide. However, this rarely happened when I was an employee.

Generous vacation policy. Starts at 3 weeks and maxes out at 5 weeks depending on position and time with the company. 10 paid holidays throughout the year.
