We have loads of options regarding coverage levels and even what insurance company we'd like to use, including BCBS (generally the best in NE Iowa) plans at very affordable rates. They make it super easy to add your significant other to your benefits even if you're not married.

They only offer HDHP coverage. I wish there was the option to also have a traditional insurance plan as well.

Although the plans aren't perfect IDT pays a lions share of the premium. For those with families it is great.

Limited options, with a choice between high or higher deductibles. Both plans require payment out of pocket or using your HSA until the maximum deductible has been reached.
