Performance Bonus

My target bonus was 5%, but is now 10%. The amount I receive is effected by both my personal performance and the company's performance. I've had 3 bonuses and they've now averaged about the amount of target bonus, but year 1 was around 2.5% (target of 5%), year 2 was about 6.5% (target of 5%) and this year was around 12% (target of 10%).
