Job Training

The best thing is that I was ready from the first minute that I was trained to start the job, very good trainers.

They offer on the job training in the form of coaches. The coaches are generally very knowledgeable and helpful through out the first couple of weeks. They check in quite often and cross train to many different areas so the days are rarely boring. They are very approachable but mostly leave you alone to do your job.

Very fast paced but not hard to pick up on if you pay attention.

Orientation and job training was good. As they directed, I followed. The job is not difficult. The job endurance and strength is necessary to survive.

The training is AMAZING, they will even fly someone out if needed for extra training.

The training was very thorough, however I didn't like the employee on employee training. The ambassadors were very relaxed, while I believe a manager would've laid out more realistic expectations. I also would've preferred to know my goals instead of being told over and over again that I had a month to get there.

Depending on when you begin working training could be bad or good

By on the job training I mean at the place you will be working at. For me it was at Amazon. As for training I think it took a day of hands on while being for 15 min to ensure we were doing the job correctly

They make sure you're trained on every possible aspect that could cause a liability to them or their customer.
