Health insurance is comparable to other large companies in electronics industry. Intel has started it's own insurance program and offers onsite health care which differentiates it a little from it's competitors.

Good deal for larger families. Not as much for individuals, or people with no kids. Overall the providers are pretty crappy, but I think that is probably true of all insurance providers. It's their business to avoid paying you.
