Prohibitively expensive. If they aren't willing to offer any real group rate reduction, just stop offering health care and pay the fine. Medical here is 4x more out of pocket than at their competitors (for similar/lesser coverage).

We are not sure who is writing this, because we offer very good health insurance. Better than other companies of the same size. Also we devote time to educating people about it. It has been complicate and very dynamic in the last few years. I wish we knew who this was so we could explain it to them.
