I give it 5 stars because not many places are still providing pensions these days. Small pension, yet helps...

Company pension plan is excellent due to fact that many companies don’t offer it anymore.

Retirement savings contribution but not too much

Fantastic benefit here. The company matches 70% on the first 4% contributed to your 401(k), then 50% on the next 4% (total of 4.8%). Additionally, the company will add an additional 3%-6% to your 401(k) based on your age. Your total company contribution could be 10.8%, if you put in 8% into your 401(k).

You could take out loans and pay back on a small interest rate!

Even the union pension is horrible
