Vacation & Paid Time Off

Vacation and paid time off is much greater than many places. Opportunity to take vacation early on.

Ample paid vacation and a few floating holidays. Vacation time increases with years employed at the org.

When you start, you have 20 days of holidays. And you can have until 25 days when being more senior. I have started with a short term contract, and when I became a full time employee, my previous experience at the IRC was taken into account in counting the benefits I could get (Indeed, you need to be an employee for one year to benefit from the maternity leave of 3 months)

Enough vacation and sick days

Not all Federal holidays observed. 10 sick days paid, normal holidays paid, vacation accrual high for entry level

IRC has a great vacation and PTO policy. Benefits start from day 1, and employees are encouraged to use them.
