Vacation & Paid Time Off

You accrue leave based on how long you’ve been there.

Standard initial offering that increases with tenure.

Your hours are accrued monthly

Good accrual. Allowed to take at leisure. Patient with emergencies and when you need to take time off. Even have swing holdiays!!!

Do not offer vacation to new employees based on position or experience. Only two weeks vacation. Do not change with the times and are very rigid in not letting you take off during the summer. Owners take vacation in summer.

Have plenty of vacation/sick leave.
