Unlimited PTO however can be a grey area. Sometimes you work more when its less defined

Currently offers unlimited PTOs, although there is pressure to limit the number of days off you take.

"Unlimited" vacation policy means you aren't guaranteed any vacation. More tech companies are doing this, to discourage vacation-taking and ensure they don't have to pay earned-time for employees who leave the company. This new system means that whether or not employees get vacation is entirely up to the kindness of their managers. When vacation was earned, at least employees had rights.
Sick time is also "unlimited", but depending on the group you belong to you may be expected to show up if you can so much as walk and draw breath.

They have an unspecified number of days off. They believe the employee can manage their own time off with their work load for a better work / life balance.
