PPO plan gets complicated quickly.

The costs are extremely reasonable and have grown minimally over many years. They are always looking to bring new options to the health plan and incentives.

Transparency & Choices. Intralox’s medical insurance comes with a company-funded HRA that covers the 1st half of my deductible (My family has only had to pay out-of-pocket 3x in the last 13 years!). When we need a procedure that isn’t 100% covered, I have the tools to find out where to get the best care at the best price.

Health insurance premiums are not too expensive and you get a preferred rate if you participate in an annual wellness program. The company pays the first portion of your deductible through an HRA limiting out of pocket costs. No copays so once the HRA is spent you do have to pay full cost of services until you hit your deductible. There is an on-site clinic that is free for health plan participants though for basic health services.

Health insurance covers most needs well, and maintains a managable cost for employees. Also, the in network list is extensive.
