Average matching and options offered

Intuit's 401k plan is the best match I have seen, $1.25 for every $1 you put in up to 6% of your salary, the max is $10k. The plan is through Empower Retirement and has a good selection of funds. You can also do the self-directed using an attached brokerage option through Schwab for access to more investment options (stocks, other mutual funds, ETFs, bonds, ...). The 401k offers the traditional (pre-tax), Roth (post-tax) options, and if you want to save even more you can contribute more through the after-tax option and be able to roll over (or in plan conversion) of the after-tax to your Roth IRA or the 401k Roth option.

They offer generous matching at 125%.
