401K Plan

2 year vesting for company match. Match up to 10K per year depending on your donations. Other than that, it follows government guidelines for most other 401k. Plan management seems to be very much like most other plans I've been on.

The best thing about Intuit's 401K plan is the company match. Company matches 1 and 1/2 times your contribution up to a certain limit.

Great plan - Intuit matches 125% of up to the first 6% of pay you contribute to the plan.

Employer contributions and vesting could be better.

The best thing is that Intuit matched up to $4K (I think). The worst is that we had so many choices of how to allocate funds that it was really complicated to choose.
