you get two weeks time off. You accrue time each pay check . also you have sick time to utillize

Staff are encouraged to use their PTO and sick time is "take as you need". However, PTO starts very small when you first start with the company at only 14-15 days and increase by very little each year. With longevity, you do have a pretty nice PTO package.

Compliance with the State Laws

Vacation and Paid time are avaialble. Unused leaves can be cashed out.

Sick time isn't counted, so vacation time is really vacation time.

2 weeks in your first year, 3weeks during first 3 years and 4 weeks after 5 years in the company.

Low PTO, 4 week off is needed
