Our employees span more than 20 states and 3 timezones so we make flexibility a priority.
As we’ve transitioned from an in-office work structure to 100% remote, we continue to do everything we can to help our teams collaborate successfully and stay connected.

Initial Remote Office Needs
If your position requires you to work remotely, Inventables will reimburse a certain amount to help with your initial remote office needs.
Ongoing Remote Office Needs
If your position requires you to work remotely, Inventables will reimburse a certain amount per year to help with occasional expenses required for remote work.
Internet Reimbursement
If your position requires you to work remotely Inventables will reimburse a certain amount per month to help with internet service expenses
Department Social Events & Meetups
Each department has their own budget to put towards fostering & building relationships within their teams outside of everyday work communication. Get to know your teammates through virtual coffee breaks, team lunches, happy hours & events, as well as in person meetups.
Yearly Company Wide In-Person Meetups
We look forward to spending some face to face time together in the near future! We’ll fly everyone to a fun location to do some bonding, check out our products, and even meet some of our customers.
Snackables
Virtually meet with rotating small groups each month to interact with coworkers on various teams you amy not typically get to interact with. We’ll give each group a fun prompt to help get the conversation going!
Culture Club Events
We celebrate and support our community, culture, and diversity with a wide range of events & acts of giving throughout the year.
Collaboration leads to innovation and we think teams function best when they’re collaborating regularly and communicating effectively. We utilize virtual collaboration tools like Slack, Asana, Miro, Trello, Google Meet, Mixpanel, Github, Tableau and Productboard. We aim to find the balance between collaboration time and personal work time by keeping our meetings in check and encouraging team members to block off focus time.
