Best thing-6% matching; Worst thing-mostly Invesco Funds as investment choices, high fees, no Fidelity or Vanguard Funds and no ETFs.

Up to 5% matching. At end of year depending on company's performance, there usually is additional matching ranging from 3% to 6% of cash compensation to 401k account.

The company's 401k plan matches your contributions dollar for dollar up to 6%. This amount is 100% vested immediately.
And then every year the executive board makes a discretionary contribution to your 401k based upon the overall company performance. The discretionary contribution is independent of your contribution and is usually around 4% to 4.5% if the company didn't do poorly. The discretionary contribution is on a 4 year vesting schedule (year 1 = 25%, year 2 = 50% etc.).
The overall investment selection is very impressive. Extremely low expense ratios on the funds you can use. Average annual performance can easily be 10%+ in average-good years in the stock market. If anything I would say Invesco's 401k is the best benefit it offers.
