The plan is very customizable, and incredibly affordable. The only drawback is that some of the deductibles are a little high.

The best thing about the health insurance is that it is fully paid for the employee. The downfall is that if you need to cover more than yourself, it is quite expensive. I was paying over $800/mth for my family coverage.
