It seemed like a lucrative bonus program if your line preforms well. The problem is the site I am at had a recall. My last bonus was $125 and there is no hope of increasing this in the next few years.

As being an Intern I was not provided with performance bonus but there is a 360 evaluation mechanism for performance bonuses.
