Higher management treats the masses like children and provides little flexibility to staff. The altering of hours with no regard to the impacts, the ignorance to masses leaving left, right and centre, and then the audacity to offer 'flexible' working with minimal flexibility and stating 'If you use your flexible hours, we expect you to work over and above 40 hours a week'. Prior to these changes being thrust upon the staff, people were happy working their set hours, as an early Friday finish was valued; now I look out at empty office spaces and vacant positions.

Very standard package. There is an onsite medical centre, gym, physio, counsellors which is positive, but they need to look into adding to the benefits as they have been the same for many years and don't reflect a changing workforce.
