Cigna is Open Access Plus but requires me to be seen at JPS for the least out of pocket.

I cannot think of much that good about it. To pay less, you had to use JPS facilities and there was no incentive to do that. JPS is a County hospital and employees did not get any perks. In fact we paid for our insurance but had to wait in line with every other non-insured freeloader.

High premium and they railroad you into using their physicians and services to keep copay and out of pocket costs low. Their physicians are pretty good, but you wait 6 months to a year to get into some specialists.
