The health care insurance is good and not that expensive. They also offer dental and vision.

the preferred plan (middle one) is about 70$ a paycheck in NW for single 1500$ deductible and you get 500$ Employer contribution , it covers 80% of most things after deductible is met - so your first irregular doctor will cost you 300$ !

Only preventive care is covered in high deductible plans. I was expecting a co-pay but if you get sick and need to stop at the doctor it’s reasonable to spend $100 or more. If you choose the lower deductible plan it costs over $200/mo for an individual

You would expect much better negotiated health benefits from such a large company.

Didn't really use much of but the network looked to cover a fair bit of what I had planned in case of need. This area (Reston, VA) has a lot of options for any network.

Health Insurance is ok, but expect to pay out of pocket.
