Most employees left before I did - i.e. 4pm or so. It's a fair work place, you work 8 hours and then you can leave. not much pressure to stay late like some companies. That's a great thing in Manhattan (the office where I worked) where most people are normally striving to out-do each other and have the "live to work" mentality.
