Benefits were slim to none. Working for this mad house they took advantage of you every chance they could. Free flights and low pay is all.

You put in 5% and JetBlue 100% match for the first 5% and additional 5% quarterly match, for a combined 15% toward your retirement (10% from JetBlue and 5% from crewmember). This is an amazing 401k program. The fund options are robust as well, a good mix of actively managed funds, ETFs, and age-based funds.

matches at 3% which could be a bit higher. Fidelity manages the retirement program after being previously handled by T Rowe Price

They match up to (I believe) 5% with the jetBlue 401K Plan. 5 years to be fully vested is what I have been told.

It's a good match program for the industry, but pilots tend to get even more than corporate. The company touts equality - it should be the same for everyone.
