Best:
The best thing about Vacation & Paid Time Off at Johnson Controls was that it provided a good amount of flexibility and helped support work-life balance. I had a good experience with it and appreciated that PTO was part of a broader benefits package with a lot offered.
Worst:
I would not say there was a major “worst” part from my experience, but like many companies, PTO can sometimes depend on workload, team coverage, and manager approval, so planning ahead is important

Average to low for new employees. You can build up a lot of time off after more years of service.

The worst part about the vacation is that they will not roll over your time off into the next year. So use it up or lose it.
