Up to $1,000. In some years, only the first applicants for this matching got the match; the "pot" for matching would run dry and the program would be discontinued for the rest of the year without warning. I don't recall ever being told whether any particular year was a "get it in early; first come, first served" or "you can do this any time" year. So, it was nice to have matching, don't get me wrong, but the varying policy was very weird and led me to distrust the whole effort somewhat.
