Not sure how the performance bonuses were calculated or funded, so I was never sure where I stood. I mean, I would get money. Great! But was this extra the minimum? A true "great job!" amount? It varied so much year to year, and from department to department, that I never could tell whether I was getting a C, an A, or a D.
