Gratuity:
Juniper contributes 4.81% of your basic salary to the Gratuity Scheme for every year of completed service. You are eligible to claim this benefit upon a completion of 4 years and 190 days of continuous service.
Employees Provident Fund:
You are required to contribute 12% of your basic salary (55% of base pay) towards Employees Provident Fund (EPF) Account. Juniper also contributes the same amount.
New Pension Scheme:
Indian Nationals can opt to enroll for New Pension Scheme (NPS) and contribute up to 10% of the basic salary (55% of base pay).
