Work From Home

Working from home used to be a "check with your manager, work it out" thing. Then Juniper somehow absorbed the Yahoo/Marissa Mayer "butts in seats" idea: everyone has to be on the premises all the time, and by the way, having your own desk in your own cube is not a requirement. They can put you in a bullpen with noise, visual distractions, and someone else's crumbs on the anonymous desk you manage to grab, and you are still supposed to do good work that has your heart in it and doesn't contain mistakes because distractions don't make a difference, right?

It mainly depends on the team. But as a compny Juniper is pretty flexible., higher management prefers ppl coming to office

Remote access configuration on laptop for windows or Mac supported. Many employees do some work from home.

I get to work from home once a week, which helps with my long commute. You are generally approved to work from home or work remotely.

Juniper actually encourages work from home for many of their positions, however this is not always possible depending on your individual responsibilities
