If you want to take a sick day you will be rewarded no pay and you must bring in a doctors note or face termination. This is particularly difficult considering that the company (Harman's management - franchise) doesn't offer medical benefits to it's employees. Its OK though. Non of us make enough to where medicaid isn't in reach.
