Strong benefits package but not great compared to private company alternatives

Great health insurance program with many different options for different people at points in their lives.

Great coverage with health care credits

The health plans in 2012 (when I left the company), were not the best. They just switched insurance companies and the plans offered were more expensive and offered less coverage.

Health insurance is below industry standard compared with other technology firms. My colleagues at other technology firms don't have to make any co-pay for a doctor visit while here, I had a $20 co-pay even on purchasing the 2nd most expensive insurance.

Ability to choose from variety of doctors

There are a lot of variations to the plans that can be used.

I don't have much to compare it too, but in my opinion its fairly affordable and has good coverage.
