401K Plan

I am a part time student employee who does not have a 401 k plan with Kaplan.

This is not an option even for an adjunct who has worked for KU more than ten years.

It's a 1% match. It's nothing and it doesn't help very much at all. Profitable companies need to offer a better match.

Several mutual funds to choose from. 3% company match.

I am a part-time employee and college student so this is really not applicable to me at present ... i haven't started looking into this stuff to speak to it knowledgeably
