Standard health insurance with three options

High premiums. Coverage isn't great. Out of pocket maximums are insane.

I had dental and health insurance. Both were great.

They had a health fund that went toward your deductible and out of pocket expenses. This was a good feature if you are a healthy individual as you could roll the benefit over to the next year and pay very minimum out of pocket.
