Keeper Security has barely any health insurance. You WILL end up paying a great deal of money for health insurance each month. There is no matching 401k, a benefit that should be a competitive standard in 2022. There is no paternal leave. There are no stipends to purchase WFH equipment. The PTO hours include sick days so don’t get sick or you’ll miss Christmas. The CEO is anti-pet-in-the-office. No mental health support or resources. Team bonding once a quarter where you get two drink tickets and everyone is uncomfortable. This place cares about one thing and one thing only: making its founders money.

Best is simply that they have it. Worst, surprise bills since the insurance often decides something isn't covered after the dentist or doctor already says it was.
