We have new hire orientation for all employees to learn the ropes and software of the firm. We have a buddy, advocate, mentor program to help you along in your career-- with work assignments, career development and any issue that arises - personally or professionally. They offer in house training and encourage outside training(paid by the Company) through the AICPA, VSCPA, or other avenues, to be sure you are learning your industry and developing your niche.
