The quality of the program has significantly decreased, raising the cost to employees. Most of this is due to the ACA being implemented, and the insurance company passing the "cost" of covering more people to the people who already had good coverage.

Company provides health, dental, and vision. All premiums in my opinion are low and attainable. Company covers yearly check up at no cost to you. Prescriptions medications are extremely low.
