401K Plan

I do not use it what so ever but I am sure it is not good because they cannot offer company paid insurance,

It has been a successful investment, one is given options to choose what percentage they want to invest an in what type of risk they want to explore

they offer a company match

Pleased with the 401(k) plan options. Kelly provides a weekly pension / retirement account benefit contribution (not a match), so whether you contribute your own deferred amount per pay period or not, there is always something going into your 401(k).

The worst thing is that I had to wait a certain time to use it again in order for it to be really beneficial to my life. I'm not trying to use them up but the system has a better way to help its citizens who work. The benefits seem like their being stingy and petty.

It is a good benefit to have offered to a contract employee.

Not sure why they offer 401K as most employees contract is for less than a year

They do offer a 401k plan. But Kelly does not match contractor type employee contribution at all.

opportunity to even have them is pretty great for the company. not many employers noadays offer them at all
