Unlimited PTO: We do not have a stated limit on the amount of PTO you can take. However, PTO should be taken responsibly, and should not affect your overall work and job requirements

Minimum PTO: It is important to us (and your mental health!) that you make sure to take some time off of work . Therefore, we require that every employee take a minimum of 5 business days of contiguous PTO at least once every 6 months

Historically, only courses that were relevant to your career were eligible to be reimbursed for the $800 non-degree course benefit. Going forward, any educational course is eligible for this benefit — regardless of whether it is relevant to your career or not.
- Degree Course: up to $1,500/year
- Non-Degree Course: up to $800/year
We offer reimbursements for home internet service and home office equipment, in addition to cell phone service.
- Cell phone service - up to $125/month
- Home internet service - up to $50/month
- Home office equipment - up to $200/year
