Industry standard or greater than average PTO

Normal time off I think

For my years of service and tenure, I had 27 paid days off. Key doesn't provide any sick days though, that has to come out of your paid time off pool.

3 weeks is nice, 3 days for grieving is not enough

its just best, I loved it

They give you a decent amount of PTO

Good policy but you accrue quickly and aren’t rewarded much after 5 years.

Solid and commensurate with other F500 companies

ample time off provided. no vacation time allotted sick time and paid time off were grouped into one. only allowed to take time off per workforce management approval. Stay away from companies that micromanage everything you do via workforce management.
