PTO policy is good, almost all time will rollover year on year to accrue. Only downside is 10 days maternity/paternity leave.

All the benefits are great overall. 401k with match, insurance is fantastic, HSA options, and even can have legal support. Vacation and PTO is very generous and increases over the the time with company.
