Company Social Events

With our teams working with different clients who vary geographically, we put a lot of emphasis on company events to keep our team tight-knit. We do things like Tech Nights to get together and discuss technologies, or company-sponsored happy hours at Kansas City's solid craft beer establishments. We get together to celebrate National Hot Dog Day (July 23rd if you were wondering), or to have our annual fantasy football draft. In addition to providing an opportunity to get together with the team, social events allow our people to network and learn about one anothers' skill sets, so that when they come across a challenge while working on client projects, they have an idea of who to reach out to for support.
