Work flexibly. All full-time employees can live and work anywhere we are registered as an employer. See below for a list of current locations. We anticipate this list will continue to expand as we grow our distributed workforce.
We’re currently able to support employees based in the following US locations: CA, CT, FL, GA, MA, MD, NC, NJ, NY, OR, VA, and WA. We're also able to support employees in the United Kingdom, Canada (Ontario & British Columbia), and Belgium. If you live in—or are willing to move to—any of these locations, we look forward to your application! If there is a required or preferred location for an open role, it will be listed in the job description.

We believe flexible work sets our mission, company, and teammates up for long term success so we’ve parted ways with our physical headquarters and adopted a work-from-anywhere policy.
We’re in the process of implementing new tools and practices that support asynchronous collaboration and help employees achieve their ideal at-home, coworking, or travel work setup.
We’ll still gather when it’s safe. We’re planning optional, semi-annual team and company meetups to bring employees together in key moments.

Programs & Initiatives
These programs encourage a healthy remote working environment.
All full-time regular employees are eligible for reimbursement of up to $3,000 USD (prorated) each calendar year for expenses related to remote working, wellness, health, and fitness.
Kickstarter is piloting a 4 day work week (32 hour work week, Monday - Thursday) with no reduction in pay
