The health, dental and vision benefits are good. You also get stock options.

Very comprehensive benefits package, health, vision, dental, (including 100% employer paid plans) long and short term DI, life insurance options, equity in the company. No 401K match yet but equity definitely makes up for that! Very generous PTO policy. I have never been at a company where they actually encourage you to take time off like Kin does!
