Choice between PPO and high deductible plan. I prefer high deductible to qualify for the HSA. I don't have much for underlying issues. While insurance could always be better, the plans have been great. They even lower monthly premium rates significantly (more than 70%) by participating in health and wellness activities (counting steps, tracking weight, reading health and wellness slides, etc.).
