They match up to 5% after 1 year so that is nice. Always an added incentive when your employer contributes.

I hate their handling of the 401K. Especially after you leave the company, they do not reach out to you to roll it over. I have my own IRA that I use to collect the 401K from my previous employers. I'm currently in the process of paying a setup fee, a yearly fee (and I have to back date it 4 years due to the fact that I couldn't find the IRA for a while), plus a fee to roll it into my current IRA plan that I keep. Retirement and savings is important - especially when you make the little bit that you make at Kohl's.
