The company plan adjusted every year to help you reach your financial goals. You were alerted by email anytime a change was made.

They don't even contribute just you one of the worst 401k plans I have ever seen

Eligibility translates to a ridiculous wait for part-time employees. Can't afford it on low pay anyway.
