The discount is only 15% off but works on everything and can be combined with other coupons. Only associates with a Kohl's charge card can use their employee discount online though.

Always get 15% off everything and can also add two other coupons but those only work on certain merchandise. Also twice a year it is 35% off employee discount on everything!

pretty hefty at times when stacking with other discounts. only employees could stack in that way. Down-side is it only worked in store, the online system wasn't set up to add multiple % off discounts
