Employee Discounts

I cant remember how large the employee discount was, but i want to say it was 15%.

It was nice, but not necessary. A higher wage or more hours would have been better.

15% off everything (including premium brands) and you get to stack all coupons from that day to give you a max 45% off. (Not on premium brands, however that’s not Kohl’s fault) then there are Associate shop days where it’s 35% off the whole store including premium brands and friends and family associate shop where you get a two 20 or 25% and then your 15%. If you use your yestoyou and Kohl’s cash then that’s additional $ off.

The employee discount is what made this job worth it to me. it is a 15% everything in the store and you can also combine the employee discount with other discounts.
